VANCOUVER, WA - The Haskell Men's Cross Country team finished their 2023 campaign at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships in Vancouver, WA with an eye on the future.
Lead by Freshman Dyami Berridge from Winnebago NE (247th place 27:31.4) the Haskell men competed as a team at the NAIA Cross Country National Championship for the second time in school history placing 35th of our 36 schools. Of the 7 runners who started the race, five were freshmen with none of them having previously competed at Nationals. Second year Head Coach Greg Keeler had this to say about the young Indians performance, "These young men had a great season and the experience of competing at the Nationals will provide valuable knowledge and experience as we defend our conference championship next season. I truly feel this team is poised to become a top tier program."
