LAWRENCE, Kan. - Haskell Indian Nations University is abuzz with excitement as Cross Country prepares to host the highly anticipated 2023 Continental Athletic Conference (CAC) Cross Country Championships. The atmosphere will be electric as the Womens 6K race kicks off at 9:30 a.m. Friday, followed by the Mens 8K race at 10:45 a.m. All information regarding the 2023 CAC Cross Country Championships will be provided in this article.

Where: Haskell Indian Nations University | Lawrence, Kansas | Billy Mills Course
When: Friday, November 3rd, 2023
Race(s): 9:30 a.m. (6K) Women
10:45 a.m. (8K) Men
Course: A fast course featuring gentle rolling hills. The course is very spectator friendly with multiple viewing points.
Awards Ceremony: The awards ceremony will take place right after the men's results are official.
Parking: Please adhere to designated parking.
Buses - Park in southeast Perimeter Road.
Vans - Park in the designated lots.
Cars - Park in the designated lots.
Trainers: Will be available at the meet site in a tent located near the finish line. Trainers will be provided.
Facilities: Directions to Haskell can be found on the university website at http://www.haskellathletics.com click the link – "Fans", which will list a campus map and directions to the Haskell campus.
Results: Meet Results will be available soon after awards ceremony. Results will be available on http://tickertiming.com after each race in complete. Results will also be posted on the TFRRS website.
