Fr. Thrower Receives Ranking at NAIA Level

After the conlcusion of her time at the NAIA National Track & Field Championships, Freshman Javelin Thrower Amaya Hairrs, receives a rank in the top freshman javelin throwers in the NAIA. As per listings on TFFRS, Harris received the 6th overall of freshman women's javelin in the NAIA.

Harris's throw is right behind the following freshman:

1. Odegard, Kendra: Valley City State, Mark: 43.29m

2. Jordan, Jenna: Montana Tech, Mark: 42.51m

3. Olson, Rylee: Morningside, Mark: 40.74m

4. Claussen, Taylor: Bethany (KAN.), Mark: 39.97m

5. Spencer, Avery: Olivet Nazzarene, Mark: 39.68m

6, Harris, Amaya: Haskell, Mark: 39.34m

It would be of no surprise if Harris surpasses these marks throughout her collegiate career at Haskell Indian Nations University! Onward Haskell!
