Haskell Outlasts Avila in Five-Set Battle

Haskell volleyball came out on top in a thrilling five-set home match against Avila (MO), winning 25-14, 21-25, 17-25, 25-23, 15-6.

Tressa Jim led the attack with 20 kills, while Kayelani Maiava added 14 kills, six aces, and 20 digs. Setter Darrilyn Tessay dished out 20 assists, and libero Alaina Dugi anchored the defense with a match-high 36 digs.

The squad posted 55 total kills and seven blocks, rallying from a 2–1 deficit to take sets four and five decisively.

With the win, Haskell improves to 5-9 on the season.
